Support for new customers

Hello, I try my chance here. Bought the yearly susbcription two days ago. Bought the chess tempo also as it seems the only way to get pgn from courses ?
Didnt get any upgrade to gold membership on chess Tempo.
Sent an email yesterday. Maybe I did something wrong. No reply.
So is there any customer service ? anyone reading this post ?.

@richard.valenti I’m sure the guys will get back to you soon. This is not the kind of site that has 24/7 support. Did you send the email (with your Chess Tempo username) to Raluca/Kallia who mainly help out with issues on the site, also did you pick Jacob Aagaard as a coach under coaches.

Have a look at the end of the fundamentals course from yesterday where Jacob was trying to help some members with Chess Tempo. There is also some help in the new members videos “chess tempo/forum…” in the recent recordings section.

If you have done all that then you need to just wait for them to approve you as a student on Chess Tempo, as they do approvals ad-hoc. You don’t get the PGN’s by the way, but you can play through the analysis of the classes etc.

Hi Richard! As Brendan said, we don’t offer 24-hour support, but usually, @Raluca and myself are available at least once a day each. Specifically, Raluca is your person for Chess Tempo, and I am the one dealing with the memberships. We both answer here, on email, and on Facebook messages.
Did you receive our welcoming email with your yearly membership? If not, please check your spam.
It has lots of information for newcomers, like yourself!

And then add Jacob Aagaard, the full name, with the gap, as your trainer.
In that way, you will have access to exclusive material for yearly members.
If you already have a golden account with Chess Tempo, all you have to do is give us your username. And if you want to receive an extra year, all you need to do is cancel the auto-renewal.
