Hi everyone,
I thought I would bring this really nice chess tournament to your attention just in case you didn’t already know about it. Although it’s organised by the Bangkok Chess Club, it frequently changes location within Thailand and will be held in Hua Hin this year from the 13th to the 21st of April. It might not be the easiest place for people to get to, but I thought it worth mentioning - especially for those title seekers/ norm hunters amongst us. Not as many recognisable names this time as when I last played in 2022, but still a very strong field filled with GM’s, IM’s and FM’s as you can see for yourself from the link.
Anyway, hope this is useful for someone and I’m always happy to meet up with members of the academy and help in any way I can so please don’t be shy to ask.
