Hello, I’ve sent couple emails about this, we’d like to cancel the 23-24 year membership which got automatically renewed. There are amazing content but we feel like it’s a bit difficult for my daughter’s age. Could you help with the refund ? Thanks so much !
We have not received an email from you. If we did, we would advise you to go to your profile and cancel the autorenewal.
I see you canceled it after it got renewed, so I have now refunded you, minus the admin fee (we still need to pay the full commission fee to the processing company). Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer’s statement.
