ChessTempo Gold membership expired

Hi,

I got an email that my ChessTempo account Gold membership expired. I think that the reason for this was that I was already a Gold member before I had joined KCT Academy in May 2024, so I was on the yearly plan already. Do I need to be added to the KCT ChessTempo group again to get the free Gold membership, or is this a glitch? Thank you

Hi Nicolas,

That is correct - you already had a premium membership when you joined the Chesstempo group, so I couldn’t add the year to your account. I’ve added it now.
