Finding Roquetas Camp and Tournament link within the site

As a web page designer, it is hard for me to understand the difficulty I have in finding the links for info about the forthcoming Roquetas camp and tournament within this site.

I looked at the three(!) main menu items, Courses , News, and finally Forum. Cannot see a thing. Renier posted a link on Saturday while giving the Tactical Targets class, I do not think that is the way to go. I cannot access the Zoom chat to recover it today.

Likewise, Julen always refers to ‘positions posted in the PDF’ on the ‘Analyse my tournament’ Thursday class. Initially, I could locate these in the forum, that is no longer the case.

I am seeing a Sept 23 post pointing to the ‘Shop’ for a similar question, I see ‘Shop’ in this Forum page, not in the main one. BTW, one has to login to the forum (again) after coming from an already logged in page of KCT…

Please give a think at the design and functionality of the Web Site… Thanks

P.S.: Went into Shop. Not a sign of the camp and/or Roquetas tournament. Where is the link? A mystery …

There is actually zero mystery of where the camp & tournament info is. It is on the website that he have published numerous times everywhere (every week’s newsletter, forum, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) - kctchesscamps.com. It is not an online camp that we sell in the shop. It is a separate thing. You don’t literally buy it on the website, you sign up for it and we send you the payment details. Same for the tournament.
Julen always mentions “a PDF has been uploaded to the course’s page”. Have you checked the course’s page?

Generally we don’t want files to be downloaded from the forum. We have been posting them here for back-up for a while, when the website had some cache issues. That has been fixed for a while, there are no access issues anymore for anyone, so all files can be downloaded from the website.

We are working on redesigning the website and hopefully the new version will be available soon.
