I have registered for the camp & Tournament and wanted to book the Hotel. The link is not working (it times out) . Can I phone the hotel, mention KCT and book directly? There are a few requests that I have for the hotel and it would be nice to call them.
Hi Fernando, I will send you the payment details for the fees in a moment. Does the hotel link not work at all for you or it just times out when you try to book? I will ask if it can be done over the phone, but if there is an issue with the website when booking I should tell them.
I’ve just sent you the info for the two events. It’s best if you book through the website, because the reception might not know all the details about the event. Can you try from a different device? I’m not sure what the issue is, I can access the reservation link from my phone and from my computer as well.
I have booked already thanks. I had to give 2 people as I wanted to book the suite and placing 1 person it didn’t give me that option…
