Format for homework submissions

Hi! New here.

Had a few questions regarding the homework submission format:

1. Do we only write our suggested line, or include other variations considered as well (though space is quite limited)
2. Regarding the 3 questions - when we talk about “Weaknesses”, is this for the side to play or the opponent?

Would be great if a sample homework could be shared as well (e.g., just an example of 1 page).

Attaching also an example of a couple attempts - would this format be eligible for submission?

I don’t know how others do it, but I write the candidate moves under the diagram (sometimes with some remarks about the position) and the variations, next to the diagram. Usually I limit myself to one or two variations.
