A rare minor mistake in the homework club for this coming week! I had sent the sheets a while ago to Raluca to check for the right side to move, and as there were no mistakes, she thought these were the final files and she did not have to download them from the internally shared server. While I added a remark a month ago, believing she knew she had to do this.
Some have given the right idea without the extra information, but it helps!

It is Black to move itself with White not having castling rights. Is that what we have to solve?

White is no longer allowed to castle long, as the rook has previously moved
