8th International Istanbul Open Chess Tournament will be held between 26 August - 1 September in Istanbul. Swiss system 9 rounds 90 min + 30 sec increment. Category A : ELO > 2000
Category B : ELO 1600 - 1999 , Category C : ELO < 1600 .
