Don’t overthink it. Simple goals are easier to track and fulfill. For example, deliver homework 35 out of the 50 times, watch the Fundamentals once every month, work on endgames.

- Focus on hard work and DO NOT look at the results

Spend at least one minute doing chess. At least. Jokes aside, my goal would be to reach 1800 by the end of 2023. (I am 1400 right now) My other goal would be to work hard on chess.
