I just checked with another browser on another computer and it opens it, as well as making it a dynamic link on the original machine.
I guess your redirecting system has really messed up badly. I hope it never sent permanent redirects (301) instead of temporary ones (302), which would be extremely difficult to correct once sent to the public.
Hard to say where it’s going wrong looking from the client side alone, but while trying to look deeper into it with Chrome’s Dev Tool, the “disable cache” option on the network page makes the problem go away… so whatever the problem is, something gets cached which is not supposed to.
Note: this is developer tools, this is not a suitable fix for clients.
Thanks for that Eiko, I’m having the same issue (no access) accessing the recent recordings tab (I’ve seen it named with a …“backup” at the end, under my profile and “my memberships” view, but still no access via that), but your workaround worked for me. incognito did not work either. I can access the other tabs ok.
I’m having the same issue. I’m logged in, but every time I click on the courses page, I get logged out so I am unable to join courses/watch recordings.
I made this post a while ago and I have also sent it out in a newsletter. Please follow the steps and let us know how it went!
Dear members,
We have moved to a new server and we are cooperating with a team of experts for cyber-security.
This means the website is now very fast and after it gets redesigned, it will be ultra-fast and more user-friendly.
In the meantime, you might be experiencing problems logging in.
The first step is to log in from a private/incognito window. If that solves your problem of being logged out, then it’s time for you to clear your cache!
If the problem persists after you have cleared your cache or tried to log in from a browser you’ve never used before, please reply here with some information about the browser and when this happens.
There we go again…
Recent Courses (https://killerchesstraining.com/latest-recordings-backup/) redirects immediately to the Access Denied page (https://killerchesstraining.com/content-restricted/?r=33691&wcm_redirect_to=page&wcm_redirect_id=33691)
Browser: Latest Chrome on macOS.
Just to state the obvious: clearing the cache is not a fix for the problem, it is a (pretty bad) cure for the symptom.
