I had a minor collapse here in La Nucia. In the last two rounds I played significantly worse than any of my opponents did all tournament, including the 1900 and the 2000 rated players I faced in the early rounds. As a consequence I lost both games and ended on about par, losing 2 rating points. Scoring 2.5/5 against GMs was a highlight.
I do not know if I am going to play more tournaments, but I definitely know what I need to work on. The most important thing is being practical, which I certainly was not.
